Welcome toFoot & Ankle Specialty Clinic
Welcome to the Foot & Ankle Specialty Clinic. We pride ourselves on treating every patient and those who care for them, like family. We have a friendly staff, ultrasound technology on site, PAD testing, and a variety of non surgical treatment options. We accept a wide selection of insurances including most Medicaid plans and Medicare. We also accept self pay patients, and are more than happy to set reasonable payment plans for balances owed.
Dr. Martin is an experienced podiatrist in association with the AAPPM, the ACFAS, and the APWCA. He specializes in wound care, diabetic foot care, numbness, burning, tingling, foot and ankle injury, thickened toenails, heel and arch pain, ingrown toenails, and many other foot and ankle issues.
The feet are an underrated part of the body since they carry a person all day for nothing in return. On top of that, people are not likely to take care of their feet beyond putting up after a long day. While many people are likely to seek urgent care or primary physician for foot problems, it is much more beneficial to visit a podiatrist who specializes in treating the feet.
At Foot & Ankle Specialty Clinic, we can help treat a variety of foot and ankle injuries, as well as provide effective treatment techniques to further the recovery process. Even things as simple as an ankle sprain or ingrown toenail can become excruciating and cause immense pain without professional treatment. We can help provide the treatment and pain relief you need to walk on your feet again without pain.
If you need treatment for a foot or ankle issue, call us and schedule an appointment today.
From the moment patients enter our office to any follow-up care they might need, our team strives to create a comfortable and welcoming environment. We can customize the treatment to the needs of the patient and ensure they receive the proper care. Our team takes the time to listen to the concerns of the patient, as well. When it comes to the recovery of foot and ankle problems, a key factor is at-home care. We will go over different methods the patient can complete at home to promote recovery. In some cases, we may schedule a follow-up appointment to check up on the patient’s condition following the initial treatment.
While surgery may be necessary for certain foot issues, it is not the first choice that people should seek. We can help provide non-invasive methods that promote healthy feet and involve a variety of services. Our services include fungal nail treatment, athletes foot treatment, diabetic foot infections treatment, arthritic foot treatment, ankle injury treatment, plantar fasciitis treatment, neuropathy treatment, wound care treatment, foot surgery, orthotics, Achilles tendon treatment and hammer toe treatment. Patients should schedule an appointment with us if they experience foot pain, ankle pain, ankle sprains, bunions, flat feet, calluses or heel pain. With our treatment, we will identify the source of the pain and recommend a customized approach to recovery.
To begin the treatment process, we will need new patients to fill out a “New Patient Information Form” that covers their medical history, current condition, allergies, insurance and any other pertinent information we need to know. We will then conduct the initial examination to diagnose the problem. As we customize the treatment, we will take any other medical conditions the patient has to ensure our treatment does not interfere. We will provide follow-up care to keep an eye on the recovery. If we or the patient notice and issues, then we can make changes as necessary. To receive treatment and keep your feet healthy, call us and schedule an appointment today.
